Ashcombe 2023

We’re Back On Tour!!!!!!!!

This year we saw a return to the annual weekend away with 9 members attending. This was the first weekend we have had since COVID-19 and was long overdue. Ashcombe was again the venue for the 2 days, we did 8 events over 5 disciplines totalling 3465 clays. A full breakdown by member can be found in the calendar on the EVENT PAGE

Unick, Robbo, Hotpot, Badger, Sturat, Hunter, Pikey, Jiraff & Manny

All the events were handicapped and they consisted of English Sporting, ABT, Compak, Hightower & Rabbit Skeet. There were several prizes to give away including some very prestigious wooden spoons.

We held a raffle the first evening where we had 3 donated prizes (thank you Robbo), a Bottle of LBV Port, a Bottle of Gin & a Crate of Beer. Congratulations to Pikey who won the port, Jiraff who won the Gin & Badger who scooped up the crate of beer.

The final evening we presented the awards for the weekend before dinner and drinks.

What a fantastic weekend, great group of lads, and there was some shooting in between the piss-taking.

Thank you to all the committee that helped to organise the trip it was very well done and all the events went seamless.
