Empress Shield Results 2016

Congratulations to Smudger & Twist.

This year the Empress Shield was sponsored by Smudger and held at Sherfield English (Birchwood Farm). The format was a 100 bird shoot with teams of two that were drawn at random and this was judged with handicap. 1st prize was 125 cartridges each which Twist and Smudger took by storm. Second prize was a bottle of red wine each which was snapped up by Unick & Mr Miyagi. Congratulations to the winners and thank you to all those that took part. The after preceedings were held at the Cromwell Arms which is located near the shooting venue and provided some very much needed refreshments. The awards were presented by Unick as he was the creator and original sponsor of this annual event.
