Christmas Shoot 2016

A great close to the year and another brilliant day for shooting.

14 people turning out this year for a 100 bird team event at Ower Shooting Ground. Thank you to all the members who made it such a great days shooting. Also a huge thank-you to the committee for sorting out the event and we hope you all enjoyed your Xmas drink back at The Cromwell Arms. This year the event was taken by team 2 which was captained by Robbo. His team consisted of No Bird, Minty and Wallbanger so well done to them. Highest actual shot of the day was Sturat with 78 and the highest handicap shot of the day was Robbo with 91. Also worth mentioning that the overall shoot at Ower was won by one of our members as well so Sturat will be collecting that trophy the next time that he shoots at Ower for hitting a 44.
